Everything we are set up to build, dig, lay, fix and clear.
Eleven divisions, one contractor and one point of accountability. Most Ragmah contracts pull from three or four of these at the same time.
Roads & highways
Access roads, estate roads, trading-centre carriageways and industrial yards, from raw formation to a sealed running surface.
Earthworks & site preparation
Turning raw or awkward ground into a level, drained, compacted platform that the rest of the contract can be built on.
Drainage & water
Water is what destroys roads and buildings in Uganda. Most Ragmah contracts start by deciding where it is going to go.
Concrete & structural works
Reinforced concrete from foundation to roof slab, cast against checked steel and stripped only when it has gained strength.
Building works
Complete institutional, commercial and residential buildings, taken from a cleared plot through to a keys-handed-over facility.
Masonry & roofing
Stone, brick and block walling built plumb and coursed, then closed in with a roof that survives the long rains.
Finishes & fit-out
The stage clients actually judge the building on. Straight lines, flat walls, level floors and paint that is still there in three years.
Mechanical, electrical & plumbing
Services installed alongside the structure rather than chased into it afterwards, and tested before anything is closed up.
Maintenance & refurbishment
Work on buildings that cannot close. Phased, sequenced and marshalled so staff and the public keep using the place while we work.
Plant hire & haulage
Machines with operators who have worked Ugandan ground, hired by the day or mobilised as part of a wider Ragmah contract.
Survey, testing & site management
The paperwork and instruments behind the machines. This is the part that gets public and institutional work certified for payment.
Not sure which of these your job needs?
Describe the problem instead of the solution. Tell us the site, what is failing, and when you need it usable, and we will scope it.
