Four checkpoints. Nothing gets covered up before it is measured, and nothing is handed over before it is tested.
Mobilise labour, plant and materials
Programme, crew, plant and material deliveries are sequenced against your access windows. Hoarding, signage, PPE and traffic control go up before the first machine turns.
Build under supervision
Layers are compacted and tested, reinforcement is checked before pour, and levels are re-shot as work rises. Site records, photographs and daily returns run alongside the physical work.
Test, clean and hand over
Density and material results, drainage falls, snagging list, spoil and debris removal, then handover with as-built notes and a defects-liability contact who actually answers.

Earthmoving
Loaders, excavators, dozers
Bulk cut and fill, trenching, channel opening, stockpiling and loading out to tippers.
Rollers and plate compactors
Layer-by-layer compaction with density testing on murram, gravel and sub-base.
Mixers and pump access
Site batching for small pours, pump boom hire for decks, slabs and raft foundations.
Tippers and water bowsers
Murram, hardcore, sand and aggregate delivery, spoil removal and dust suppression.
Scaffold, signage, marshals
Tube-and-fitting scaffold, barrier tape, cones, warning boards and trained traffic marshals.
Quality assurance
Proof, not promises.
Public and institutional clients get paid when work is certified. That only happens when the evidence is collected as the work goes in.
Materials and compaction testing
Field density on every compacted layer, plus grading, moisture and cube tests through independent laboratories where the contract calls for them.
Health, safety and the public
PPE issue and daily checks, toolbox talks, edge protection, signed and taped work zones, and marshalling wherever the public keeps using the site.
Records and handover
Daily returns, progress photography, instruction records and as-built notes, so the file is complete when you sign off rather than assembled afterwards.
